YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT Examntra Technologies Pvt Ltd SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER SUBMISSIONS OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Examntra Technologies Pvt Ltd and its owner(s) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Website; (ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (iii) your violation of the terms which apply to your User Submission; (iv) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, publicity or privacy right; or (v) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms & Conditions and your use of the Website.

Pricing Policy

The course provider is free to decide the price of a course/study material. Once a learner buys a course at a price it cannot be changed for rest of the course period. 
Examntra reserves the right to charge for the its services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. In case of termination of your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees paid by you. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases and payments made will be final and non-refundable, except where explicitly it is stated as part of an ongoing marketing promotion. Users are requested to evaluate the sample services before buying the final product. Purchased products are available to users profile post successful payment. If users are not satisfied with product content, they may write at support@Examntra.com for proper response within 24 hours of purchase of product. All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving cancellation request and will be credited in customer account.

Indian Law

The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.

Examntra Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for any infringement of copyright arising out of materials posted on or transmitted through the site, or items advertised on the site, by end users or any other third parties.
